A small, cosy, old cottage lying in an almost enclosed garden in the middle of Strynø city, on the peaceful island Strynø. The house is renovated with regard to its original charm. It has a simple kitchen, old doors, and some crooked painted beams. The house is decorated in a simple manner with room for 8 people. There is a fireplace and a heating pump, so the house can also be used outside season. There is a washing machine new toilets/bathrooms and WiFi.

This pearl of an island, just south of Funen, is ideal for a get-away in quiet surroundings. There are plenty of opportunities for nature acitivies. How about learning to sail the ancient danish sailingboat, Smakkejollen. By the harbour with room for 40 boats, there's a bathing jetty and a man made sand beach. In the town center there is a well assorted grocery store, right next to the local Inn, The Old Smethie, open only in the summer, and right around the corner from our cute holiday home.

Prices are DKK 2000-3200 pr. week to rent the house. Weekends from DKK 1500 to DKK 2000.

The rooms

Two bedrooms in the ground floor. One with a double bed, one with a 3/4 double bed. There is an open staircase to the 1. floor, which is one big room with 4 single beds and a double sleeping couch. This is very well suited if there are many kids, who would love a sleep-over.

Suited for big families, or couples of friends spending a holiday together. The living room is nicely furnitured with both television and a stereo.
